This document defines the terms and conditions for using Shtap.am. It becomes mandatory from the moment the user starts using Shtap.am.

Rights and Responsibilities of the Parties

User Rights and Responsibilities

• Registered users may publish advertisements in the appropriate categories.
• Users, regardless of their registration status, may search for and view advertisements on Shtap.am, as well as perform other available actions on the site.
• When posting an advertisement, the user assumes full responsibility for its content. The website reserves the right to reject or remove any advertisement that contains inappropriate content.
• The user guarantees that their use of Shtap.am does not violate any third-party intellectual property rights or other legal rights.
• The user is obligated to act in good faith, comply with applicable laws, and adhere to Shtap.am's rules and terms.
• The user must provide complete, accurate, up-to-date, and legally compliant information to Shtap.am. If a user posts an advertisement with false contact details or impersonates another person, Shtap.am reserves the right to disclose the user’s information to affected third parties, their representatives, or law enforcement authorities.
• By using Shtap.am’s services, the user acknowledges that they are solely responsible for the content of their advertisements. The user confirms that they possess all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for the information contained in the advertisement, including but not limited to patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights, or written consent, licenses, or authorization from any individuals or companies mentioned in the advertisement.
• The user has the right to unilaterally terminate their registration on the website without prior notice to Shtap.am and without providing an explanation.

Prohibited Actions

While interacting with Shtap.am and other users, as well as during the use of Shtap.am, the following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Engaging in activities intended to disrupt the normal operation of the website or bypassing technical restrictions.
• Uploading or using malicious software on Shtap.am, or using automated tools to register on the site.
• Using information provided by other users for any purpose other than completing a transaction with them.
• Copying, reproducing, distributing, publishing, electronically storing, transmitting, or otherwise exploiting any content or information posted on Shtap.am for commercial or other purposes.
• Misleading other users or Shtap.am in any way, impersonating another person or their representative without proper authorization, including falsely representing oneself as Shtap.am, or using illegal methods of misrepresentation.

Rights and Responsibilities of Shtap.am

• am is not a party to transactions between users and does not act as a buyer, seller, employer, intermediary, agent, representative, beneficiary, or any other interested party.
• All information and materials published on Shtap.am are protected by copyright and are owned by Shtap.am or the party identified as the information publisher.
• am may periodically impose restrictions on the use of its services, particularly regarding the maximum duration, size limitations, and validity of information.
• am reserves the right to modify any functionality, feature, or content of the website at any time, without prior notice, and assumes no liability for such changes.
• am has the authority to limit the number of active advertisements for a user and to restrict or block any user action on Shtap.am.
• am has the right to deny a user access to the website if the user violates the terms of this agreement. Shtap.am reserves the right, without prior notice and at its sole discretion, to delete or deactivate a user's account at any time and remove all advertisements posted by the user, without incurring any liability to the user or third parties for such actions.
• am may, at any time, request information, documents, or copies of documents from the user to verify their registration, rights, or the information provided on the website. Failure to provide such documents upon request will be considered as providing false information. If the information in the documents provided by the user does not match the details indicated in the registration or advertisement, Shtap.am may deny the user access to the website, with or without prior notice.
• am makes all reasonable efforts to fulfill its obligations under this Agreement, including ensuring the smooth operation of its services and protecting the personal data of users, unless otherwise required by law.
• am cannot control the accuracy of the information posted in advertisements by users and, therefore, is not liable for any damages resulting from transactions or inappropriate conduct by any of the parties involved.
• am is not responsible for the behavior of users or for the products/services offered in their advertisements. Any disputes or conflicts between users must be resolved directly by the users themselves, without involving Shtap.am.

Shtap.am is not responsible for:

• Temporary malfunctions or interruptions of the website, as well as any loss of information resulting from such disruptions.
• Any damages incurred by the user as a result of using Shtap.am or its individual sections/features.
• The illegal or unethical actions of Shtap.am users, their behavior, or the products/services offered in their advertisements. Any disputes or conflicts between users must be resolved by the users themselves, without involving Shtap.am.
• Improper execution of transactions by users.
• Consequences arising from the user providing third parties with access to their Shtap.am profile.
• The completion of a transaction, as the user is fully responsible for their actions. Posting information on the website does not imply that the sale or purchase of any product or service is valid or legal.
  

Acceptance of Terms and Modifications

• This agreement becomes effective as soon as the user begins using Shtap.am or registers on the website.
• Any interaction with the website in any form (including viewing information) signifies the user's acceptance of this agreement.
• am may update this agreement as needed. The new version of the agreement will take effect immediately upon publication, unless Shtap.am specifies a different effective date at the time of publication.
• By continuing to use Shtap.am after any changes to this agreement, the user acknowledges and agrees to the modifications. If the user disagrees with the terms of this agreement, they must cease using the website and its services.
• Continued use of the website constitutes the user's acceptance of the terms of this agreement.
